Second, even though our night was great, there were some problems. Really messy ones.
For starter, people that were in the party, stole our drinks. Our beer. Our portuguese beer. And they weren't even portuguese. So:
Lesson number one: never steal beer from a portuguese person. You know why? Because otherwise we'll steal your vodka.
Lesson number two: be careful with what you drink. You don't want to end up in the hospital in the first night of the year.
Lesson number three: next time you go out with friends, and if is it in a concert, at night and you're tipsy, get walkie talkies! Because you'll get lost. And you'll be running in circles until you find each other.
Lesson number four: make sure you act as parent to your friends in need, aka, really drunk ones. And by that, you have to feed them, make sure they don't runaway from you and get lost, prevent them from dying, get cabs for everyone so they can get home safe and, last but not least, put them safely to bed.
And yup, we did all that. Just in the wrong way maybe.
With this being said, we wish you a messy year and may 2014 bring you love. Or vodka. Either one is good.
